ConnectSynch – Social Automation App

ConnectSynch is a Meta-integrated social automation tool developed by CoBrand Media and used within our CONNECT platform. It enables authorized business users to schedule, publish, and manage social media posts across their connected Facebook and Instagram Business Pages.

– We only access Meta data with user permission via Meta’s OAuth authorization process.
– Users can revoke access at any time via their Facebook/Meta account settings.
– We do not share or sell Meta profile data or page data with any third parties.
– Data collected is used strictly for business-to-business automation and never for personal profiling or targeted advertising outside of the user’s requested activity.

What Information Do We Collect?

We receive information about you from your corporate sponsor and collect information when you register on our site, log in, complete a transaction, modify your user profile, communicate with us, participate in surveys, or use features within the CONNECT platform. This may include your name, email address, business information, and in some cases, payment details.

If placing an order or submitting a paid request, you may be asked to enter credit card or other payment information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
